Why do you need my exact time and place of birth to calculate my natal chart? 

   For accuracy, we must know the exact positions of the stars at the exact moment of your birth. Since the houses of the zodiac revolve one degree every four minutes, the accuracy of your time of birth is necessary to determine your Ascendant sign and the planetary aspects. Although a natal chart can be generated without the time and place of birth, I'd much rather give a more accurate chart that is generated with an “exact time and place of birth”.
